My brother, Fatjon Ramaj, has been my rock and greatest source of inspiration. Despite facing his own struggles, he always believed in my potential and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. His selflessness, compassion, and unwavering support have been the guiding force behind my journey in medicine. His belief in me, even during the darkest moments, has fuelled my determination to overcome obstacles and strive for excellence. I am forever grateful for his love and guidance, which continue to shape my personal and professional growth.

Writing "Introduction to Cancer and Neuroscience" was deeply personal for me.
